Billy had excellent communication and was able to come and install my Hypervolt Charger within a week. Very tidy job and can’t do enough to help. There was some initial confusion on if my solar setup required a second CT clamp, with Hypervolt Support not being clear on the day. However, Billy returned on a 2nd visit free of charge and even filled in a hole left by the solar installers with some expanding foam. He didn’t need to do this and went above and beyond.
