Consumer Unit
Assessing the consumer unit, it was clear upgrades were necessary to modernise and retain safe electrical standards. As such, installation of a new consumer unit constructed of a non-combustible material, integrated surge protection, and double pole RCBOs to ensure enhanced safety and compliance with current electrical standards.
Following the consumer unit upgrade, our approved contractor conducted comprehensive testing and inspection procedures to verify the integrity of existing cables and the functionality of RCBOs.
These tests ensured the reliability and performance of the electrical installation ensuring continued safe use throughout its life span.
Simpson and Partners EV Charger
A focal point of our project was the installation of a Simpson and Partners 7.4kW tethered EV charger, as part of our ongoing commitment to sustainability and catering to our client’s transition to EV.
Adhering to manufacturer instructions and industry best practices, we ensured seamless integration and testing to guarantee the safety and efficiency of electric vehicle charger.
Smart Home Automation Solutions
To enhance the home’s outdoor garden and provide atmosphere, a wise box enabling smart home wireless control via standard switches, smartphones, or fobs was introduced.
This innovative addition elevated the aesthetic appeal of the property by installing multiple LED spike lights in the rear garden. Warm white LED lamps not only enhance the ambiance but also reflect our commitment to energy efficiency and sustainable designs.
Comprehensive Aftercare
At the culmination of our project, we conducted a walkthrough with the client, presenting all completed tasks and providing a comprehensive aftercare package for the Simpson and Partners EV charger.
